What we collect
- Booking details: the lead passenger's name, email address and phone number, and each passenger's title, name and age group.
- Payment details: the payment method you chose, your transaction reference and any proof of payment you upload. We do not collect card numbers.
- Account details: if you create an account, your name, email address and a securely stored (hashed) password.
- Technical information: cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms, and standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
- To verify your payment and book your seats with the airline.
- To send your receipt, airline booking reference (PNR), itinerary and updates about your booking.
- To answer your questions and handle changes, cancellations and refunds.
- To keep our website secure and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
- Airlines, which need passenger names and contact details to issue your booking.
- Service providers that run our website and send our emails, only as needed to provide those services.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Flight status on our site comes from a flight data provider. We send it flight numbers and dates only, never your personal details.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to provide your booking, handle refunds and disputes, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Email [email protected].
Security
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and payment proofs are stored privately, visible only to our team.
